Lemon Poppy Seed Dressing

½ cup Organic Raw Sugar

4 TBS red wine or apple cider vinegar

2 TBS lemon juice

1 TSP salt

1 TSP prepared mustard

½ cup extra virgin olive oil

½ cup canola oil

1 TBL Poppy seeds

Mix sugar, vinegar, lemon juice, salt and mustard using a stand or hand mixer.  Gradually add oil, beating until thick and smooth; stir in Poppy seeds.  Cover and refrigerate at least two hours to allow flavors to meld.  Shake well before serving to evenly distribute Poppy seeds.
